MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-EDC16 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1997 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code entitled, "The Economic <br />Development Commission", specifies that the Commission review the bylaws on an annual basis; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a <br />detailed review of the Bylaws. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends adoption of the Bylaws with the following <br />amendment: <br />Section VII, Subdivision B. All minutes shall be clearly marked to indicate either <br />"APPROVED" or "UNAPPROVED". Each commissioner shall receive a copy of the <br />previous regular business meeting minutes "UNAPPROVED". Approved copies may be <br />obtained upon request. A copy of the approved minutes shall be filed with the F DA <br />Executive Duector. <br />Sec ion I Meetings shall adjourn on or before 9:30 a.m. unless a two-thirds majority of <br />the members present agree to extend the time of adjournment. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the Economic Development Authority <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />this 23rd day of January, 1997. <br />ATTEST: llult., k <br />Chair <br />(SEAL) ( 4-4uY .,�)_0�-�� t�t'� <br />Director of Ec nomic Development <br />
