The applicant, MWF Properties, LLC, shall consent to a Developers Agreement, to be <br />completed as part of the Final Plat approval process of `Boulevard", and inclusive of this <br />Development Review. <br />10. Approval of this Development Review is contingent upon approval of the Preliminary <br />Plat and Final Plat of `Boulevard". <br />11.
