The total number of permits <br />issued in 2011 was 719 while the total number issued in 2012 was 805. That represents a 12% <br />increase in permit issuance. <br />The table below represents the top -ten highest value permits issued in 2012. Three of the top ten <br />are new homes. In previous years, the value of the homes would all have been over $200,000. <br />Last year, the City only issued one new home permit, so to issue three in 2012 was a big deal! <br />Table 3.
