Code Enforcement Activity <br />2012 was a busy year for the City's Code Enforcement personnel, led by Code and Housing <br />Code Enforcement Inspector / Fire Marshall Jeremiah Anderson. Assisting Jeremiah was Public <br />Safety Officer (PSO) Craig Swalchick. Other staff members assist by identifying violations and <br />conducting drive-by inspections to verify compliance after the fact. According to the table <br />below, 442 code cases were opened in 2012. While this appears to be a significant decrease <br />from the year before, the 2011 total is inflated due to the inclusion of 100+ "no address numbers <br />visible" code enforcement campaign to improve emergency response times to the home.
