Agreement PW 2013-22 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County Road 10 at <br />Silver Lake Road/Red Oak Drive <br />Reconstruction <br />S.P. 062-610-003, <br />S.P. 062-644-033, <br />S.P. 146-228-007 <br />Attachments: <br />State Aid Funding Summary <br />Estimated Amount Receivable <br />from City of Mounds View <br />Municipal State Aid Funds: <br />Traffic Control Sig System <br />(including APS & EVP); <br />Mobilization, Traffic Control & <br />Erosion control supervisor $22,719.91 <br />Painted Signal Poles & Bases $2,093.06 <br />Subtotal $24,812.97 <br />Design Engineering (12%) $8,967.97 <br />Construction Engineering (12%) $8,967.97 <br />Total $42,748.91 <br />This Agreement is between the City of Mounds View ("City") and Ramsey County <br />("County") both political subdivisions of the State of Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the City and the County desire to reconstruct County Road 10 at the <br />intersection of Silver Lake Road/Red Oak Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, County Road 10 is designated County State Aid Highway (CSAR) 10, Silver <br />Lake Road is designated as CSAH 44 and Red Oak Drive is a Municipal State Aid Highway, and <br />they are in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, preliminary studies and reports conducted by the City and County indicate that <br />it is feasible, practical, and technically proper to provide for the reconstruction of County Road 10 at <br />the intersection of Silver Lake Road/Red Oak Drive ("Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the County will provide engineering services for the Project, including <br />preparation of designs, plans, specifications, estimates, proposals and approvals in accordance with <br />funding requirements to take bids for this Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project is designated as eligible for Federal Highway Safety Improvement <br />Program (HSIP) funds in an amount up to $266,220.00; and <br />
