September 12, 2017 <br />Proposal to the City Council of Mounds <br />View, Minnesota on the Disbursement <br />of <br />"The Bethlehem Baptist Church Mounds View Service Project <br />Fund" <br />After receiving input from Jim Ericson, former Mounds View City Administrator, <br />representatives from the Mounds View Park and Recreation Commission and Northwest <br />YMCA staff members, on behalf of Bethlehem Baptist Church, I would like to recommend that <br />the second -half donation to the 2017 'Bethlehem Baptist Church Mounds View Service <br />Project Fund" ($16,170.50) be distributed by the city to meet the needs of our community in <br />the following ways: <br />• Shield 616 <br />$6500 <br />• Quincy House <br />$2500 <br />• Ralph Reeder <br />$2500 <br />• Early Learning Readiness Program <br />$1500 <br />• Meeting Room Audio Visual Equipment <br />$3000 <br />• Misc. <br />$170.50 <br />Respectfully submitted September 12, 2017 on behalf of Bethlehem Baptist Church, <br />Vince E.
