She did not want to see the bins located along the corridor either. <br />Council Member Gunn was open to the idea and suggested the Planning Commission review the <br />item and provide a recommendation to the Council. She indicated the bins should be restricted to <br />schools and churches. <br />Mayor Flaherty supported the collection bins and explained there was consensus of the Council <br />to proceed with this item. <br />B. Reports of Staff. <br />City Administrator Ericson commented he would be on vacation at the end of the month and <br />would miss the June 24, 2013 City Council meeting. <br />C. Reports of City Attorney. <br />City Attorney Riggs had nothing additional to report. <br />12.
