RESOLUTION NO. 8850 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY FROM STANTEC FOR THE BUSINESS <br />PARK NORTH STREET RECONSTRUCTION WHICH INCLUDES PROGRAM AVE, <br />QUINCY ST., WOODALE DR., AND CLIFTON DR. AND SETTING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR SAID IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering to reconstruct Business Park <br />North Street Reconstruction; and, <br />WHEREAS, this project will include pavement rehabilitation and possible <br />storm sewer and curb and gutter improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, this project is proposed to be assessed in accordance with Chapter <br />202 of the Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a feasibility study to include cost <br />estimates in unit prices and a total project cost; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council understands that in order to properly design the <br />streets additional core samples need to be obtained from AET on Woodale Dr., Quincy <br />St. and Clifton Dr.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the improvement derived from the <br />feasibility study is $1,001,000 and is included in the draft 2018 budget, account 485- <br />4470-7050. 24 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds, Ramsey County, Minnesota sets a public hearing on November 27, 2017 at <br />6:05pm, to be held at the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Blvd., Mounds View, <br />MN 55112, to consider the street reconstruction with possible storm sewer and curb and <br />gutter improvements of the Business Park North. <br />Adopted this 23rd day of October, 2017 <br />Carol A Mueller, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, Interim City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
