Overall the project was approximately $50,500 under the estimated cost due savings on design and <br />construction observation professional services fees as well as not using as much as estimated on <br />select line items during construction. <br />Recommendation: <br />Public Works recommend that the City Council adopt the attached resolution to accept the <br />construction work and release final payment of $16,727.36 for the Silver View Park Trail <br />Rehabilitation from fund 480-4180-7050.
