We were asked to accomplish the following objectives: <br />Develop and/or update job descriptions as requested <br />• Review and update Hay job evaluation points <br />• Reflect relevant market conditions outside the organization <br />• Establish fair and equitable compensation relationships among the City's positions <br />• Apply to all positions consistently and objectively <br />We invited the entities that participated in the 2008 survey to provide information for the 2013 update.
