RESOLUTION NO. 8185 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br />TIMESAVER OFF SITE SECRETARIAL, INC. <br />WHEREAS, TimeSaver has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and <br />Planning Commission meeting since 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by TimeSaver; and <br />WHEREAS, TimeSaver has increased rates for 2014 at 1.9%; and <br />WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br />Secretary Service Agreement for 2014. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of TimeSaver 2014 service agreement addendum, as <br />attached. <br />Adopted this 9th day of December, 2013. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
