RESOLUTION NO. 8186 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />GREGORY RANDOLPH <br />MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, Officer Gregory Randolph resigned from the Mounds View Police <br />Department effective November 18, 2013; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 12.32 hours; and <br />WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 13.25 hours; <br />WHEREAS, Officer Gregory Randolph's current rate of pay is $21.32 per hour; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br />Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 12.32 <br />accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $21.32 = $262.66; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor <br />Agreement, the maximum potential payout of unused compensatory time will be 13.25 <br />accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $21.32 = $282.49. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves a one-time payout of vacation time to Gregory Randolph not to exceed $262.66, <br />in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves a one-time payout of compensatory time to Gregory Randolph not to <br />exceed $282.49, in accordance with 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement. <br />Adopted this 9th day of December, 2013. <br />Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />James Ericson, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
