The Development Review will be considered as a separate <br />Resolution (Please refer to that Staff Report for Preliminary Plat drawings). At the Mayor's <br />discretion, Staff may present both the Preliminary Plat and Development Review staff reports as <br />one conversation, with separate action to be taken on each Resolution. <br />A Public Hearing was conducted on July 24, 2017 and continued on August 14, 2017.
