During this time, Stantec will evaluate the 2030 Plan <br />(including the Water Supply Plan) in conjunction with current Met Council requirements to <br />determine how much can be simply updated and what needs to be created anew. <br />Task 1: Project Initiation/Administration <br />• Meeting with City staff to discuss overall needs of the project. <br />• Assemble any additional base maps and previous studies. <br />• Create a Roles and Responsibilities document for the Comprehensive Plan Task Force. <br />• Project Admin - ongoing communication, preparing invoices and contract materials, <br />internal coordination, etc. <br />PHASE 2 ALTERNATIVES <br />Once the Task Force has drafted goals and policies and analysis has been completed for the <br />required elements, we will assist City staff in getting input on alternative scenarios. Stantec will <br />begin with attending a Task Force meeting and a meeting of the Parks Commission for initial <br />feedback, and then we will host an online survey and a community meeting to present the same <br />material - advertising and promoting these engagement opportunities will be the responsibility of <br />City staff. The input we receive will help to finalize the direction of the Comprehensive Plan. Each <br />of the content tasks below includes both mapping and writing for that topic. As I've mentioned, <br />we will not duplicate any mapping efforts that have been done recently under our existing <br />contract. <br />Task 2: Land Use <br />Task 3: Transportation <br />Task 4: Water (fee includes summary of technical water plans and is contingent on completion of <br />those plans) <br />Task 5: Parks <br />Task 6: Housing <br />Task 7: Implementation Plan <br />Task 8: Community Engagement <br />PHASE 3 COMPLETION <br />Once we have received input on alternatives and the analysis is completed, we will finish writing <br />the plan document. We will assist in preparing the final document for City staff to bring through <br />Design with community In mind <br />
