Per our <br />discussion at our initial Comprehensive Plan kickoff meeting, we intend to complete these plans <br />based on the Met Council framework with a balance of producing a valuable document within <br />the community while maintaining a focus on minimizing costs. We understand many items have <br />been completed both internally by City staff and through our current mapping services contract. <br />The attached scope includes the efforts required to complete the water requirements within the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />Below, the Project will be described under the following headings: <br />A.
