Michael has <br />been employed by the City for 11 months (February 6, 2017). Attached is Resolution <br />8886, which authorizes severance to Mr. Richie in accordance with the City's Personnel <br />Manual <br />Discussion <br />Section 3.47 of the personnel manual provides for payout of unused vacation and comp - <br />time hours. Employees with less than two years of service are not eligible for payout of <br />sick time hours. Mr. Richie resigned with 60.08 hours of vacation. Mr. Richie had less <br />than two years of service so is not eligible for sick time payout.
