RESOLUTION NO. 8886 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR <br />MICHAEL RICHIE, PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT COORDINATOR <br />WHEREAS, Michael Richie has resigned as Project Coordinator for the City of <br />Mounds View, his last day of employment is January 16, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Mounds View Personnel Manual, Mr. Richie is <br />eligible for a cash payout of his vacation hours; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Richie had less than two years of service and is not eligible for <br />sick time payout; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Richie's balance of accrued and unused vacation is 60.08 hours; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Richie's rate of pay upon resignation was $27.06 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves severance to Michael Richie consistent with the Mounds View Personnel <br />Manual as follows: <br />Adopted this 8t" day of January, 2018. <br />Carol A.
