Set a Public Hearing for Monday, February 26, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. to <br />35 Consider Amending Municipal Code, Section 702.01, Subd 13 (b) regarding <br />36 Possession, Aiming or Discharging of Weapons. <br />37 <br />38 Council Member Bergeron stated this Public Hearing would consider amending City Code <br />39 Section 702.01, Subdivision 13(b) regarding the possession, aiming and discharging of weapons. <br />40 He requested this item be tabled until he receives answers from the City Attorney regarding the <br />41 legal definition of premises and the regulatory authority of the City. <br />42 <br />43 Mayor Mueller asked if these questions could be answered in the next six weeks. <br />44 <br />45 Council Member Bergeron stated it would be his preference to have the answers before him prior <br />
