City Administrator Zikmund stated he had made a call to the City Attorney, and he was
confident this item could be addressed at an upcoming meeting.

Council Member Meehlhause reported City Attorney Riggs would be in attendance at the January
22"d meeting and could address the questions that had been raised prior to that meeting. He
asked if Council Member Bergeron would be comfortable placing this item on the January 22nd
Consent Agenda.

City Administrator Zikmund explained the Council would have to remove this item from the
table in order to take action at the January 22nd meeting.

Council Member Bergeron stated this was his understanding.
