Upcoming Planning Cases <br />November 19, 2014 <br />Page 4 <br />Planning Associate Heller discussed upcoming planning cases. She discussed the exterior <br />updates being made to Sam's Market. She noted new representatives from Sam's Market would <br />be applying for a tobacco license. She reported the Anna Place, Multi -Tech and Longview <br />Estates plats have now been recorded. She stated newly hired City employee Brian Beeman, the <br />Business Development Coordinator, has been marketing the Crossroad Pointe property. <br />10.
