Review Crossroad Point Development Area Visioning Process (Oral Report) <br />Planning Associate Heller discussed the Crossroad Point Development Area with the <br />Commission. She explained the site was expanded when the City purchased the previous Taiko <br />Restaurant and Robert's Sports Bar last year, which are adjacent to the Premium Stop lot that <br />was already City owned. The site was approximately 4.25 acres, and the City was proposing to <br />vacate Greenfield Street to allow the site to become one contiguous lot. The City was hoping to <br />have a mixed use on the site in the future. <br />
