New Brighton city Code Sections 11-32 through 11-34 are renumbered <br />to Sections 11-37 through 11-39, and current Section 11-33, renumbered to 11-38, <br />as amended as follows: <br />Sec. -tt --tt— 11-38. Fee. <br />The fee for every license required by the provisions of this articles <br />shall be specified by council resolution which may require quarterly <br />payment of all or part of the --ee. Haulers of residential non-recvclables <br />and yard wastes will pay a fee based on average monthly customer count <br />Such licensees shall submit customer counts to the City on a quarterly <br />basis for verification. The City may, at its discretion require customer <br />lists for further verification of customer count. <br />Section 7. Section 3 of this ordinance shall take effect on the day following <br />publication.
