H2 - <br />Budget Liquor - 2577 Highway 10 - <br />ABC Liquor - 2740 Highway 10 - <br />On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br />Donatelle's - 2400 Highway 10 - <br />Robert's Off 10 - 2400 County Rd. H2 - <br />Mermaid, Inc. - 2200 Highway 10 - <br />Staff has completed the following investigations regarding the renewal of the licenses: <br />✓ Report from the Utility Department indicated that all utilities are paid to date. <br />✓ Report from the Police Department which indicated that there were no incidents <br />of note. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the licenses listed above be approved <br />contingent upon receipt of the application, insurance, check and approval of fire marshall. <br />
