Juaire Development Review <br />Lot 10, Woodlawn Terrace <br />Planning Case 558-99 <br />June 28, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />Utilities and Easements <br />There are water and sewer lines in Woodlawn Drive so utilities are available to the site. There are <br />ten -foot drainage and utility easements on the property's north and west sides which will more than <br />likely serve as drainage areas for the development. To accommodate the proposed drainage plans, <br />additional drainage easement areas will need to be dedicated. The applicant has indicated a <br />willingness to dedicate those areas shown on the certificates of survey, however the document <br />preparation will not be completed before final Council action due to requested title commitments <br />from the City Attorney.
