Total Budget for Street Project Area I: $5,773,759 <br />Total project costs of: $4,562,463 <br />A budget difference of: -$1,121,296 <br />Recommendation: <br />Public Works (and Bolton and Menk) recommend that the City Council adopt the <br />attached Resolution to accept the construction work and release final payment for the <br />Area I street and utility improvements. Douglas -Kerr LLC, and their subcontractors have <br />submitted IC -134 forms (as required for project close-out).
