RESOLUTION 8934 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER FOR 60TH ANNIVESARY LOGO WINNER <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View is celebrating its 60"' year as a city; and <br />WHEREAS, a committee was formed to plan events, one of which was a logo contest; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, local schools were asked to distribute to their students; and <br />WHEREAS, 7 submissions were received with the committee choosing Kelly Tekautz <br />from Edgewood Middle School as the winner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, to authorize execution of the Waiver to use drafted by legal counsel Kennedy and Graven <br />and signed by the mother and father of Kelly. <br />Passed and adopted this 26' day of March, 2018. <br />Carol A.
