<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8504 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING GARY STEVENSON AS CHAIRPERSON <br />TO THE MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 401.02, subd. 1, of the City Code, the City <br />Council is required to appoint a Chairperson to the Planning Commission based upon the <br />recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 6, 2016, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission recommended appointing Gary Stevenson as Chairperson to the Commission <br />for 2016; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council supports the recommendation of the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission regarding this appointment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />appoints Gary Stevenson as Chairperson to the Mounds View Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of January, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________ <br /> Joe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br /> <br />
