<br /> <br />The equipment setup costs and graphics installation for the utility vehicle is estimated to <br />be approximately $11,190.62 for one utility vehicle and $12,737.70 for the K-9 <br />designated vehicle. It is important to note that set-up costs for these utility vehicles are <br />higher due to the necessity of purchasing all new equipment, rather than using any <br />existing emergency equipment on hand that is not compatible for these new utility <br />vehicles. The K-9 vehicle also requires the deployment/heat alert system and custom K- <br />9 seat insert. <br /> <br />The total projected cost for both vehicles and required equipment set-ups is $78,550. <br />This amount is over the budget amount by $250.
