<br />Police Chief Recruitment <br />February 8, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />At this point, staff is still soliciting proposals from firms having experience in public sector, if <br />not public safety, recruitment, backgrounding and testing. Our intent is to seek approvals <br />from the City Council on the issue of consultants at the February 22, 2016 Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Consider Resolution 8520, a resolution approving revisions to the Police Chief Job <br />Description and approving the posting of the position.
