Resolution 8489 Adopting the 2016 Budgets for All Funds 39 <br /> 40 <br />Finance Director Beer stated in September, the Council established the preliminary tax levy with 41 <br />a 1% increase. He indicated the City has not deviated from this amount since December. He 42 <br />reported the proposed levy amount for 2016 was $4,393,813. He discussed the levy in further 43 <br />detail with the Council and recommended approval. 44 <br /> 45
