<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8525 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER WITH HYDRO-KLEAN, LLC FOR SANTIARY SEWER <br />LINING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 8421 on May 26, 2015, awarding a <br />contract to Hydro-Klean, LLC for the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project (City Project <br />No. 2012-002) in the amount of $240,030.81; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council also authorized a 4% construction contingency in the <br />amount of $9,600.00; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, additional work was required to address unforeseen conditions and sewer <br />main cleaning and preparation in the amount of $7,877.48 to complete this project; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, necessary additional funding in the amount of $4,257.48 is available in the <br />Sanitary Sewer Fund to complete this work. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. City Staff is hereby authorized to award Change Order Number 2 in the amount of <br />$7,877.48 for additional grouting, sewer main cleaning and preparation. <br /> <br />2.
