PW2016-04 Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> Agreement PUBW 2016-04(R) <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR <br />Rehabilitation of County Road I (County State Aid Highway 03) <br />between Highway 10 and 350 feet east of Quincy Street <br />and <br />Signal Construction at County Road I and Quincy Street <br /> <br />S.A.P. 062-030-21 <br />S.A.P. 146-229-006 <br /> <br />This Agreement is between the City of Mounds View, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") for the <br />rehabilitation of County Road I between Highway 10 and 350 feet east of Quincy Street <br />and for the construction of traffic control signals and County Road I and Quincy Street <br />(“Project”). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2015 – 2019 Transportation Improvement <br />Program. <br /> <br />2. County Road I, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid <br />Highway (CSAH) 3. <br /> <br />3. The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(Mn/DOT) as eligible for County State Aid Highway funds. <br /> <br />4. The Project has been designated as State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 062-030-021 and 146- <br />229-006. <br /> <br />5. The Project is located within the City. <br /> <br />6. Agreement PW2005-10 details maintenance responsibilities and costs of the traffic <br />control signal at County Road I and Quincy Street. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Responsibility for Design Engineering <br /> <br />1.1. Plans, specifications, and proposals will be prepared in accordance with <br />Mn/DOT State Aid requirements. <br />
