<br />Resolution 8551 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />3.02. Pending completion of the study and adoption of any amendments to the City's <br />Ordinances, a moratorium is established on the issuance of any new off-sale liquor licenses. The <br />moratorium established by this Resolution does not apply to: (1) any off-sale liquor license application <br />pending with the City as of the adoption date of this Resolution; or (2) the location of any existing off- <br />sale liquor establishment. <br /> <br />3.03. Except as otherwise provided for in this Resolution, during the period of the <br />moratorium, applications for any off-sale liquor license will not be accepted by the City nor shall the <br />City Council consider or grant approval of any such application. <br /> <br /> 3.04. The moratorium established by this Resolution shall not apply to any off-sale liquor <br />establishments that have obtained license approval by the City Council before the adoption of this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Enforcement. The City may enforce this Resolution by mandamus, injunction or <br />other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Term.
