Ramacher 12-31-2016 <br />Terrance Broos 12-31-2015 <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />There are two seats available for this position. Police Civil Service Commissioner Tim <br />Ramacher no longer lives in Mounds View, and therefore, Staff recommends Kathryn Ann <br />Smith to fill Tim Ramacher’s term seat. Commissioner Terrance Broos is willing to serve on <br />this commission until another replacement is appointed. Kathyrn Ann Smith’s appointment <br />will be effective June 1, 2016, and her term seat will expire on December 31, 2016. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve Kathryn Ann Smith to the Police Civil <br />Service Commission.
