PUBLIC INPUT 28 <br /> 29 <br />Greg Gunn, 5090 Irondale Road, explained he has had some issues with the City regarding code 30 <br />violations. He reviewed each of the code violations in detail with the Council and explained he 31 <br />has made an attempt to address the issues. However, he was still receiving communications from 32 <br />the City. He believed the root of the issue was the debris at the front of his garage. He provided 33 <br />the Council with copies of the violations. He stated he wanted to be proactive and resolve the 34 <br />concerns of the City. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Flaherty encouraged Mr. Gunn to contact City staff to arrange a meeting with the Code 37 <br />Enforcement Officer. 38 <br /> 39 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 40 <br /> A. Arbor Day Proclamation 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Flaherty read a proclamation in full for the record declaring April 22, 2016 to be Earth 43 <br />Day and Friday, April 29, 2016 to be Arbor Day in the City of Mounds View. 44 <br /> 45
