It was noted the liquor license would be contingent upon a satisfactory criminal 5 <br />background check with the BCA and a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police 6 <br />Department. It was noted a fire inspection has been scheduled for Thursday, June 9th. She 7 <br />indicated all utility bills and property taxes have been paid in full.
