Resolution 8571, a Resolution to Consider an Off-Sale Intoxicating 17 <br />Liquor License Renewal for ABC Liquor, located at 2840 County Road 18 <br />10. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Assistant City Administrator Crane stated all liquor licenses expire on June 30th. She reported 21 <br />ABC Liquor has submitted all necessary documents and fees for their off-sale intoxicating liquor 22 <br />license. It was noted the liquor license would be contingent upon a satisfactory criminal 23 <br />background check with the BCA and a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police 24 <br />Department. It was noted a fire inspection has been scheduled for Thursday, June 2nd. She 25 <br />indicated all utility bills and property taxes have been paid in full.
