The Request for Proposal (RFP) approved by the EDA required a minimum of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2-car garage with a minimum lot price of$40,000. (Exhibit A) - The proposal includes a bid of$40,750 for the lot. Two separate options have been submitted for the house design. The first is a walkout rambler with 1,400 square feet per floor, three car garage, 2 1/2 baths with an estimated value of$175,000. The second option is a two-story walkout with a 1,800-finished square feet with an additional 900 square foot expansion in the basement. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 '/baths, and three-stall garage with an estimated overall value of$180,000. B) Focus Realty (Exhibit B)—The proposal includes a bid of$40,000 for the lot. The home will be approximately 2,000 finished square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-stall garage. The home will have an estimated value of$138,970. C) Help You Build Inc. (Exhibit C)—The proposal includes a bid price of$45,000 for the lot. The home will be approximately 2,000 finished square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms to be finished later. The proposal also includes 3 baths with 1 additional bath to be finished later and a 21/2-stall garage. The home will have an estimated value of$175,000. D) Marquis Builders, Inc. (Exhibit D)—The proposal includes a bid of$49,500 for the lot. The home will have approximately 1,600 finished square feet with additional 1,600 square foot expansion to the lower level (to be determined on final plan). The proposal also includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 3-stall garage with an estimated overall value of $184,500.
