(Exhibit A) - The proposal includes a bid of$40,750 for the lot. <br /> Two separate options have been submitted for the house design. The first is a walkout <br /> rambler with 1,400 square feet per floor, three car garage, 2 1/2 baths with an estimated <br /> value of$175,000. The second option is a two-story walkout with a 1,800-finished <br /> square feet with an additional 900 square foot expansion in the basement. This includes 3 <br /> bedrooms, 2 '/baths, and three-stall garage with an estimated overall value of$180,000. <br /> B) Focus Realty (Exhibit B)—The proposal includes a bid of$40,000 for the lot. The home <br /> will be approximately 2,000 finished square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-stall <br /> garage. The home will have an estimated value of$138,970. <br /> C) Help You Build Inc. (Exhibit C)—The proposal includes a bid price of$45,000 for the <br /> lot. The home will be approximately 2,000 finished square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 <br /> additional bedrooms to be finished later. The proposal also includes 3 baths with 1 <br /> additional bath to be finished later and a 21/2-stall garage. The home will have an estimated <br /> value of$175,000. <br /> D) Marquis Builders, Inc. (Exhibit D)—The proposal includes a bid of$49,500 for the lot. <br /> The home will have approximately 1,600 finished square feet with additional 1,600 square <br /> foot expansion to the lower level (to be determined on final plan). The proposal also <br /> includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 3-stall garage with an estimated overall value of <br /> $184,500. <br />
