1. The effective date of this Stipulation is March 1, 1999, subject to Court approval • <br /> of its terms. <br /> 2. As of the effective date, discovery will be stayed on all matters, unless otherwise <br /> agreed upon by all parties. Discovery will recommence on a date agreed upon by the parties as <br /> evidenced by the mutual exchange of letters from counsel agreeing that the proposed Legislation <br /> ceases to be viable or otherwise does not render the issues underlying the Litigation moot. <br /> 3. Upon agreement regarding non-viability of the proposed Legislation, such <br /> agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, the parties shall apply to the Court for a discovery <br /> deadline of sixty (60) days from a commencement date for full discovery agreed upon by the <br /> parties. In no event shall such commencement date be later than May 15, 1999. <br /> 4. Upon approval of the Stipulation by the Court, the parties shall propose an <br /> amended Scheduling Order(Exhibit A) when a full discovery commencement date is established <br /> pursuant to paragraph two above. <br /> Dated: March 24 , 1999.
