Provide the City with camera ready material for promoting Mounds View programs and <br /> facilities for inclusion in four Mounds View Matters brochures. If the City publishes <br /> additional brochures, the YMCA may request space for additional promotional materials <br /> and will provide such material in a camera ready format. <br /> 23. Take reservations for Center and Parks and recreation programs. Schedule events and <br /> facilities, and maintain a master engagement calendar showing all reservations and <br /> events. <br /> 24. Develop and maintain systems to ensure adequate internal controls and accurate timely <br /> reporting of financial information. Such systems are subject to the review and approval <br /> of the City. <br /> 25. Develop fees, charges and/or deposits for programs, equipment and facilities. Such fees, <br /> changes and/or deposits shall be set and modified only after consultation with the City. <br /> 26. Collect fees, charges and/or deposits for programs, equipment and facilities. <br /> 27. Record all fees, charges, deposits and outlays in a form acceptable to the City. Monthly <br /> reports shall be provided to the City within 30 days of month end. The City shall be able <br /> to review any YMCA records relating to its activity under the contract. By June 30, the <br /> City shall be provided with an audited financial statement for the YMCA for the previous <br /> year. If the City requests a separately audited report for the services provided under this <br /> contract, it agrees to reimburse the YMCA for such costs. <br /> 28. To offer at least the programs listed on Exhibit The YMCA shall review <br /> registrations and associated costs for each program prior to providing the program. If <br /> there are fewer than eight (8) registrants or if the program is projected to lose more than <br /> $50, the YMCA shall have, upon giving the City notice, the option to cancel the program <br /> unless the City is willing to provide the resources to offset the deficit of the program. <br /> 29. To develop and maintain contacts with athletic associations, community education, <br /> school districts, cities, and other entities to promote programs and to form cooperative <br /> ventures for providing recreation programming and services. <br /> 30. To provide office space and allow the use of the copier, fax machine and one computer <br /> and printer by the Facility Manager. Answer general questions when Facility manger is <br /> not available to answer questions about the Facility and provide a schedule of fees and <br /> charges, and when possible, show the banquet facility. <br /> 31.
