33. To work with seniors and volunteers whenever possible to assist with programming and <br /> services. <br /> 34. Work with the City and the City of Spring Lake Park in providing lifeguard services at <br /> Lakeside Park, such services to include, but not be limited to . Such <br /> services shall be limited by budget constraints and weather conditions. <br /> 35. Provide any computer(s) and software for use at any location other than that provided by <br /> the City and/or for any special applications. Special applications are any application <br /> other than word processing, spread sheets, reservations, or email. <br /> 36. Provide the following additional services: <br /> a. 1,500 hours of ice skating supervision; <br /> b. 1,500 hours of summer program leadership and 300 hours of summer playground <br /> supervision; <br /> c. 500 hours of middle school leaders; and <br /> d. Work with and coordinate "school coordinators"with Independent School District <br /> No. 621, not to exceed$10,000. (DEFINE MORE CLEARLY) <br /> To me moved to the compensation section and better defined. <br /> 37. Work with community groups, businesses and individuals to explain the mission of the <br /> Center, the parks and recreation programming and to solicit contributions to assist in <br /> achieving the mission, to assist in achieving the mission, and to assist disadvantaged <br /> individuals. <br /> 38. Affirms, that to the best of its knowledge, its involvement in this Agreement does not <br /> result in a conflict of interest with any party or entity, which may be affected by the terms <br /> of this Agreement. The YMCA agrees that, should any conflict or potential conflict of <br /> interest become known, the YMCA will immediately notify the City of the conflict or <br /> potential conflict. <br /> 39. Provide the City Clerk-Administrator with an opportunity for input into the hiring and/or <br /> assignment of full time personnel to be assigned to fulfill the terms and conditions of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 40.
