Thorough knowledge of municipal government. <br /> 2. Ability to handle detail and follow through in the completion of projects. <br /> 3. Ability to work effectively with all governmental bodies and agencies,city employees, <br /> and the public. <br /> 4. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills. <br /> 5. Ability to utilize computer technology in the Windows environment. <br /> MitiLMINEBEQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. College degree in Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field. <br /> 2. Three years related municipal experience in public administration and clerk functions. <br /> 3. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully in written and oral form. <br /> 4. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and computer skills. <br />
