RESOLUTION NO. 5315 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br /> has planned the improvement of MSAS 232 (Edgewood Drive) from <br /> Bronson Drive to T.H. 10 and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State <br /> Aid Funds on the improvement of this Street and; <br /> WHEREAS, the State Aid Project number of this <br /> project will be 146-232-02 from Bronson Drive to T. H. 10 in the <br /> City of Mounds View, Minnesota and; <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate <br /> width for parking on either side of the street, and approval of the <br /> proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br /> therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Mounds View that parking of motor vehicles on both <br /> sides of MSAS 232 (Edgewood Drive) from Bronson Drive to T.H. 10 <br /> shall be banned at all times . <br /> Adopted this 22th day of February, 1999 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
