1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5316 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, <br /> ADVERTISING, AND BID DATE FOR PROJECT 99-2 , EDGEWOOD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View approves the plans and specifications for the realignment of <br /> Edgewood Drive and T.H. 10 intersection signalization and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes advertisement <br /> of the project and; <br /> WHEREAS, the bid date deadline will be March 18 , <br /> 1999 and; <br /> WHEREAS, award of the bid will be on March 22, <br /> 1999 at the regular City Council meeting. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Mounds View approves the plans and specifications <br /> for the realignment of Edgewood Drive and T.H. 10 intersection <br /> signalization and authorizes advertisement of the project . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bid date deadline <br /> will be March 18 , 1999 and the project will be awarded at the <br /> regular City Council meeting on March 22, 1999 . <br /> Adopted this 22th day of February, 1999 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
