Class II Certification. <br /> 5.4 The entire cost of operation to the Fire Department of salaries, compensation, <br /> repairs and upkeep shall be borne by said Fire Department and payment shall be made from the <br /> consideration herein stated and the City shall be in no way liable for any amount other than the <br /> payment of the amounts herein set forth or any amounts negotiated under Article IV. <br /> 5.5 It is further agreed that the Fire Department shall carry Public Liability Insurance <br /> and Workers' Compensation Insurance for its personnel and on any of its equipment and the <br /> operators of such equipment, said insurance to provide a minimum of$500,000 primary and <br /> $1,000,000 excess coverage. All insurance policies purchased by the Fire Department shall <br /> include the City as an additional insured and shall contain a cancellation clause requiring thirty <br /> (30) days' written notice to be mailed to the City prior to such date of cancellation. A certificate <br /> of insurance shall be provided to the City indicating the types and amounts of insurance in force. <br /> (NEEDVERIFICATION,AS WELL AS A STATEMENT REFERENCING <br /> APPROPRIATE;AUTHORITY MADE AND INSERTED'.HERE ABOUT THE <br /> AUTHORITY-OF THE NON-PROFIT TO PERFORM BOLDING INSPECTION <br /> SERVICES) <br /> ED LANGUAGE ABOUT CITY APPOINTING BUILDING OFFICIAL AFTER THE <br /> FIREDEPARTMENT HIRES THEM) <br /> ARTICLE VI. DUTIES OF PARTIES <br /> 6.1 The Fire Department shall have all reasonable and necessary cooperation and <br /> assistance from the Municipality, its officers, agents, and employees, so as to facilitate the <br /> performance of this Agreement. <br /> 6.2 The Municipality shall have all reasonable and necessary cooperation and <br /> assistance from the Fire Department, its officers, agents, and employees, so as to facilitate the <br /> performance of this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE VII. INDEMNIFICATION <br /> 7.1 The Municipality agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Fire Department <br /> from any claims,losses,costs, expenses,or damagesinjuries;or;sickness resulting from the acts <br /> or omissions of the respective offices, agents, or employees, relating to the activities conducted <br /> by either party under this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE VIII.
