The prices and options shall be agreed upon by the City. <br /> b. Meet with Facility staff and/or prospective clients to set option and fees for the <br /> center patrons' particular event. <br /> c. Provide adequate staffing,including supervision, to the degree necessary of a <br /> particular event at every liquor catering function. <br /> d. Provide all glasses,cups or other supplies for serving liquor,in addition to <br /> providing bar rags,etc. <br /> e. Waste agrees to meet all health regulations, city ordinances,state law, federal law <br /> and any other regulations,rules or requirements concerning liquor catering <br /> services. <br /> 4. Assist the City in promoting the liquor catering service at the Facility.Any expenses not <br /> previously agreed to by the City will be borne by Waste. <br /> S. Maintain a price list or printed schedule of prices of all liquor catering services,which <br /> will be available during normal business hours of the Center. AU prices shall be <br /> competitive with similar establishments within the service area. <br /> 6. Provide the personnel necessary to successfully operate and provide liquor catering <br /> services at the Facility. Waste shall maintain an adequate level of staffing and <br /> supervision at all times in order to fulfill its obligations. Personnel shall wear a uniform <br /> or other attire that is appropriate for each event. Waste agrees to comply with all <br /> applicable federal, state and local laws,resolutions, ordinances,rules,regulations and <br /> executive orders pertaining to unlawful discnmination on account of race,color,creed, <br /> religion,national origin,sex,marital status,disability,age, or status with regard to public <br /> assistance.Waste will insure that all its agents,employees and representatives have had <br /> training in sexual harassment, gender sensitivity and cultural diversity. <br /> 7. Provide appropriate identification of its agents,employees, and representatives during the <br /> performance of this Agreement. <br /> 8. Maintain workers' compensation insurance in compliance with all applicable statutes, and <br /> commercial general liability,business auto and liquor liability insurance in amounts and <br /> in forms satisfactory to the City as required by Article VII of this Agreement. Waste <br /> agrees to provide the City with a copy of its Certificate(s)of Insurance and copies of all <br /> required licenses. <br /> 9. Clean the Facility and Center after a liquor catering event. Such cleaning shall, at a <br /> minimum,remove the glasses,cans and other utensils used to dispense the liquor used for <br /> the event in addition to any soiling caused by the liquor service. After an event, all trash <br /> receptacles shall be emptied the in the bins outside the Facility. <br /> 10. Waste agrees to provide the following equipment to be located at the Facility: <br /> a.
