Utensils,etc. necessary for the performance of any liquor catering service. <br /> Upon mutual written consent of both Waste and the City,the City may enter into a lease <br /> arrangement for any of the items noted above, and Waste will reimburse the City for the <br /> cost of any such lease within ten business days from the earlier of the date the City <br /> receives an invoice or is required to make payment on any such lease. <br /> In addition, Waste shall provide any ice required in excess of that generated by the City's <br /> equipment or on a temporary basis if the City's equipment is out of service. <br /> 11. Use only Coca-Cola Products provided by Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Company for set- <br /> ups/mixing with liquor. <br /> 12. Operate and provide the liquor catering services in accordance with all federal, state, and <br /> local laws,regulations,ordinances,and City policies. Waste will obtain all permits, <br /> licence~, and certifications necessary to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local <br /> laws,regulations and ordinances. <br /> 1.3. Affirms,that to the best of its knowledge,its involvement in this Agreement does not <br /> result in a conflict of interest with any party or entity,which may be affected by the terms <br /> of this Agreement. Waste agrees that,should any conflict or potential conflict of interest <br /> become known, Waste will immediately notify the City of the conflict or potential <br /> conflict. <br /> B. The City's Duties and Responsibilities. The City agrees to provide the resources to <br /> maintain the Facility and associated equipment. In addition,the City agrees to do the following: <br /> 1. Maintain liability insurance in accordance with limits established by Minnesota statutes. <br /> 2. Provide and maintain the following equipment atihe Facility for use by Waste: <br /> a. Ice machine; <br /> b. Refrigerator; <br /> c. Designated area for storage of liquor; and <br /> d. Two portable bars. <br /> 3. Provide access for events to Waste for the following: <br /> a. Banquet room,kitchen,and storage area: and <br /> b. Portable bars. <br /> 4. Ensure that the Facility is cleaned and set up for the event. <br /> 5. Provide general custodial services and maintenance for the Facility,other than the service <br /> required to be provided by Waste in Article W.
