The City Council wishes to limit the City Council meetings to three hours. <br /> If a situation arises that requires an extension past 10:00 PM, a motion must be made to <br /> extend the meeting for up to one half hour in order to complete any necessary City <br /> Council action. This process can be repeated for as long as deemed necessary. If the <br /> motion fails,the meeting is automatically adjourned and all remaining items will be <br /> automatically carried over to the next meeting under the title of "unfinished business." <br /> 2. All City Council Reports will now be given at the beginning of the meeting following <br /> the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 3. A new section will be added to the Council Agenda entitled"Unfinished Business" <br /> which will follow the Consent Agenda. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution 5303 establishing the 1999 Council Meeting <br /> Format <br />
