As discussed at <br /> previous meetings, the City of Mounds View's participation in this project will be 12.5% of the <br /> construction costs for the traffic signal. The remaining portions will be split by the City of Spring <br /> Lake Park, Ramsey County, Anoka County and MnDot. Staff has made reduced copies of the <br /> plan, which accompany's this report, although the larger print will be available at the meeting. <br /> This resolution will also identify Mounds View's MSA account as our funding source. <br /> • <br /> M a 1 Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br />
