RESOLUTION NO. 5355 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> • STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE AND RAMSEY COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br /> is in support of and approving the construction of a traffic signal <br /> at the intersection of Pleasant View Drive and Ramsey County Road <br /> 10 and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been requested <br /> to contribute to the cost of said project which amounts to 12 . 596- or <br /> approximately $16, 500 . 00 and; <br /> WHEREAS, the City will utilized MSA funds to fund <br /> • its ' contribution to the project . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> of the City of Mounds View supports and approves the construction <br /> of a traffic signal at the intersection of Pleasant View Drive and <br /> Ramsey County Road 10 and authorizes the expenditure of MSA funds <br /> for the City' s contribution to the cost of the project . <br /> Adopted this 9th day of August, 1999 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
